We acquire majority or qualified minority participations with equity investments up to € 45 million, also for larger amounts thanks to co-investment agreements already in place with some of our limited partners.
In case possible investee companies are of smaller size we test their ability to reach Euro 10 million of Ebitda within 24 months through organic growth or a predefined bolt-on acquisition.
