Xenon Flagship: capital investments up to 75 million euro
Xenon Flagship acquires majority stakes in companies led by entrepreneurs seeking to pursue an ambitious growth project, through capital investments of up to 75 million Euro. For larger amounts, Xenon is able to activate co-investment agreements already in place with some of its fund subscribers.
For smaller companies, the team assesses the potential to achieve an EBITDA of approximately 10 million Euro within 24 months.
