Xenon FIDEC: sustainable investments up to 25 million euro (pursuant to art. 9 sfdr)
Xenon FIDEC (acronym for Italian Fund for Decarbonisation and the Circular Economy) is one of the first Italian sustainable private equity funds, in compliance with article 9 of the SFDR (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation).
Xenon FIDEC supports entrepreneurs and companies in creating Italian leaders active in the energy and ecological transition.
Approach and Track Record
Our strategy stems from a clear industrial vision: addressing the challenges of the ecological transition requires structured companies capable of investing in innovation and attracting and training specialised human resources, generating measurable environmental and social impacts.
This approach is made possible by a team of six professionals with experience in energy, decarbonisation, circular economy and sustainability, led by a Managing Director with over 30 years of experience in the energy sector.
Our focus
FIDEC’s objective is to invest in companies with enabling technologies for the ecological or energy transition, interested in a quasi-industrial partnership. We target companies operating in sectors where ESG policies represent a concrete competitive advantage.
