Shakhzoda Akhmedjanova joined Xenon Private Equity in 2023 and serves as the Conducting Officer in charge of compliance. She holds a Master’s in Finance from the Luxembourg School of Finance (2015) and a degree in Economics from Strasbourg University (2013). During her career, she has held several positions in the private equity world, having worked at InvestIndustrial, Aerium, and MV Credit.
