Elena Monteduro joined Xenon in 2025 and supports investment execution and the management of portfolio companies. She holds both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano (2022). Prior to joining Xenon she worked as a strategy consultant at Kearney. She began her career as a Reservoir Engineer at Eni.
