Our goal is to proactively seek out companies suitable for capital investment, in relation to opportunities for industrial development, generational transition or the replacement of one or more shareholders.
The Origination team consists of professionals with diverse backgrounds who have built a solid network of contacts over time. This enables the identification of attractive sectors and the analysis of competitive environments, facilitating the introduction to potential target companies.
Over 150 professionals support us in our research, leveraging their respective expertise and working alongside us to define the details of the business plan.
