A three-step process
Xenon’s Private Equity investment approach unfolds in three phases:
Attitude towards change
The entrepreneur and management must share a "positive dissatisfaction" that is the desire to improve and innovate, even on the basis of established excellent performance.
Strategic resource allocation
Together we build a plan that optimizes the use of scarce resources (time and capital) in the areas with the highest strategic return. Xenon supports the process with analytical tools, but decisions remain firmly in the hands of management.
Change implementation
The company team guides organisational evolution, while we provide support and strategic vision, without interfering in day-to-day operational management.
